I graduated from the Free University of Amsterdam in geology, have been an artist for over forty years and have worked part time in IT for over thirty years to earn a living and remain independent as an artist. I make drawings every day, I paint and I have been making digital art, generative computer art and digital drawings and collages since the early 1990s. In 2021 I expanded my field of work to virtual reality. In the digital world, I draw with drawings and create museum-like environments in VR based on combinations of my analog work and digitally created works. I give lectures about my digital art and occasionally write about (my) art from a philosophical perspective. I work with Photoshop, Blender, Unity, Tilt Brush, Gravity Sketch and sporadically program in Java, C# and Python.
